Make A Statement At The Office

Finding work appropriate retro inspired clothing is one of the biggest buying factors for me personally. Why not strive to embody the classic elegance of Joan Harris on Mad Men in today’s age? Who doesn’t want to gain the respect of their superior and peers while rocking a curve hugging pencil dress? Well let me tell you, the Pan dress by Glamour Bunny is THE dress!

Available in sizes XS to XL – Grey/Black, Red and Black – MSRP Β£80.00

When it comes to Glamour Bunny sizing, definitely follow the chart. I ordered the Pan dress in a Medium even though my hips are a tad larger(41-42″) but it fits perfectly head to toe. The material is made from a soft stretch cotton which is seriously uber flattering and most of all, so comfortable! The low back shows just enough skin while allowing you to wear your favorite bra with no issues. The contrasting black collar and buttons are the perfect balance of classic details. Glamour Bunny dresses feature an invisible zipper and hook & eye closure for ease in functionality.

As I mentioned, the high quality and thickness of the material provides a flawless silhouette while camouflaging those little imperfections. Case in point, I was photographed in the Pan dress without ANY shapewear. Not so bad eh? If you choose to wear your Rago, there is no worry of the shapewear showing through. I am happy to say there were no alterations required and the length was great although I am only 5ft 4iches.

If you want to wow your colleagues and/or employees, just put on a pair of low round toe pumps or kitten heels with your hair tied back. Less is definitely more since this dress will do all the talking! The first time I wore it to work, my boss came into my office and simply said “You really impressed me today” and walked away. A conversation later followed where he said that my attire seriously empowered me and would earn me loads of respect from the staff. It was such a personal and professional confidence boost.

I cannot say enough positive things about Glamour Bunny’s fabulous designs, quality and fit. They are the real deal! There are several dresses I am scoping out to add to my work appropriate attire. The Dita, Joan, Audrey are just a few styles that are on my wishlist.

Oh, I have been eyeing this dress, now I have to save up for it :). Thanks so much for the reviews! It really helps that you include your measurements and let us know when things have been altered so I can figure out how things will fit on me.

    • Definitely! If you ever have sizing questions, message me on Facebook and I’ll be very happy to help. I have a very good resource of women of all shapes & sizes that I can consult with to ensure everyone gets the right size the first time πŸ™‚

Is the dress made of Bengaline or another material?

    • It is not, the material is a soft stretch cotton and much more flattering/forgiving than bengaline. I’ll check the tag tonight and see the exact blend if you would like?

I think I know exactly what type of material you’re talking about. Thanks!

  3. Thats such an awesome compliment!! occasionally. I dress nice for work, but I work in an office by my self, so sometimes, I don’t see the point. I also walk to work, so that can affect what I decide to wear as well. I need somewhere more glamourous to work! ha

I really love this outfit. What a great compliment and I can’t believe you are not wearing shapewear. Beautiful.
